indirectly, thereby helping to improve care at the VAMC.

The contractor understands the VA’s mission and importance of providing the required services without interruption or delays. During the COVID pandemic, the contractor instituted contamination safeguards and understands the new processes required to fulfill contract requirements. Contract employees were receptive to change and provided suggestions for improvements. It was a pleasure working with
this contractor.  They have continually provided fantastic service, they are responsive, and are easy to communicate changes with.

Performance meets contractual requirements and exceeds many to the Government’s benefit. The contractual performance of the element or sub-element being evaluated was accomplished with few minor problems for which corrective actions taken by the Contractor were highly effective.

All communications/interactions with personnel from DalyWorks have been timely and professional. DalyWorks management team communicates in a very timely and professional manner.

DalyWorks has completed every task they said they would. When there has been a challenge the staff is on top of it and repairs the challenges and stays in good communication. DalyWorks has excellent pricing and is very competitive. Every time you call you get staff member to answer the phone and not a recording. My advice is to give DalyWorks an opportunity and they will show you their customer service and knowledge of the freight industry.

I can always count on DalyWorks to have the most affordable freight shipping anywhere in the country. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and most importantly reliable. When I call the staff to schedule a pick-up and delivery, they are on it. Thank you for a great service you can always count on!
